For 70 years The Ritz was a well known Ice Cream factory. It went broke in 2000.
The current owner Mr. Hans Robben bought the factory in 2004 in a deplorable state and started the restoration process.
Now The Ritz is back in its full glory and hosts 70+ offices and 41 apartments, a restaurant and even an art gallery.
