Dear parents,
When your son or daughter goes to a foreign country to study this means a great deal to you. We realise that, I have two daughters of my own.

Curacao is a relatively safe place, but like any other place in the rest of the world some caution needs to be taken into account



Housing
The Ritz Campus is by far the safest location for a student to be living in.
- It is an enclosed gated compound
- We have a security/custodian on duty 7 nights from 10PM till 7AM.
- With many students living on Campus which it feel like a small village
- Social contact, support, fun, doing things together. All benefits that speak for themselves
- Last but not least: our general manager Sharon Maas lives on campus as well.

The School
- Is on the Campus and your son/daughter can walk to school in 15 seconds.
- We have seen how much time is required for studying so taking off the daily commute time is a relief

In order to make life easy for the tenants we have a mini market, laundrette, cleaning services, a restaurant, and a free shuttle bus twice a week to the supermarket.

Personal care
We know our tenants on Campus and we see them every day, either on the compound or at the reception.
We care about our tenants and keep an eye on them while on campus.
We are here to assist, support but also offer a word of caution if we feel that is required.
