These are the 5 golden rules when booking a studio
- Minimum lease is one full semester (4 months)
- Refundable deposit is US$ 750.- for any studio / per person.
- A booking fee of $100.- applies to all first time bookings (not to extentions)
- Any reservation is only secured after we have received your signature and payment
- Studios are assigined on a availability basis only

Based on US$ 750.- per month- Rent is paid in full, in advance for the full 4 months
- Total to be paid: - Deposit US$ 750.- - 4 months rent US$ 3.000.- * - Booking fee US$ 100.- * - Internet 4 months US$ 140.- * - Tax on * items US$ 194.40 Total to be paid: US$ 4.184.40 Note: Water and electricity are metered and billed per month. This is approximately $75 to $150PM depening on usage |
